The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with very cheerful and helpful service. The location is perfect for those seeking a quiet retreat and easy access to the beach, but not ideal if you wish to explore Naama Bay or Soho. The dining options, although in varieties, may fall short on some expectations. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service and amenities.

My room wasn't a sea front one, just a sea view room, which made me keep the windows closed all the time. The hotel is basic with only 1 electric socket available. The location suited me well as it was quiet and close to Tiran Island for viewing fish and reef species.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the sea view room was in good condition but not very clean, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the animation team. However, some areas like housekeeping and room maintenance needed improvement.

The hotel's location is really good, quite close to Old Sharm and Naama Bay, but the room I stayed in was a bit tiny, though it was clean. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr Mohammed Sharaf and his team, who made our dining experience unforgettable. The dining options were varied, but it was a hassle having to go to Charmillion Club Resort for meals. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few hiccups.
